Abstract / Description

Es wird die stationäre tiefenpsychologisch fundierte Psychotherapie eines 12-jährigen Jungen dargestellt, der nach dem Tod seiner Mutter im 9. Lebensjahr eine Enkopresis entwickelt hatte. Ein zentraler Behandlungsfokus ist die Verleugnung dieses Verlustes und der Beginn eines Trauerprozesses. Die Operationalisierte Psychodynamische Diagnostik für Kinder und Jugendliche (OPD -KJ) wird für diesen Fall dargestellt. Case report on the in-patient psychoanalytical psychotherapy of a 12 year old boy, who developed a nonorganic encopresis at the age of nine after his mother died. One focal issue is his denial of this loss and the beginning of a process of mourning due to the treatment. The Operationalized Psychodynamic Diagnostics (OPD) for Children and Adolescents are illustrated for this case.
