Abstract / Description
The main task of this study is to give a theoretical basis for the development of group facilitation techniques to improve the quality of project teams. Empirical results of such a transformation into the PROMOD-technique is given. The starting point are the well known methods and the facilitating and hindering effects of group decision making. The developed technique shows ist effectiveness empirically.
